There are moments in life where everything feels unclear.
Not because you didn’t try. Not because you didn’t care. But because the path you thought you were on…no longer feels right.
The plan you had. The version of your life you imagined.
It starts to fall apart. Or simply… it stops making you happy. And suddenly, you’re in between.
Not where you were, but not where you thought you’d be. Just… somewhere in the middle. And that space can feel heavy.
You feel lost. Unmotivated. Disconnected.
Like you should be moving forward, but you don’t even know in which direction.
And then comes the guilt. The thoughts that won’t leave you alone:
“What if I had done things differently?”
“What if I had said something else?”
“Maybe I ruined it.”
“Maybe I wasn’t enough.”
You replay moments. You compare yourself. You look at other people who seem to have it all figured out. And you feel… behind. Stuck.
Like everyone else is moving, and you’re standing still. But here’s something we don’t say enough: No one really has it all figured out.
Some people just look like they do. Some are just better at hiding the uncertainty. And some are simply on a different part of their journey. But confusion… uncertainty… feeling lost…It’s not a mistake. It’s a transition. A space between what was,and what’s trying to become. And maybe this feeling of being lost is not something to fix. Maybe it’s something to listen to.
Because sometimes, what feels like falling apart…is actually your life redirecting you. Away from what no longer fits. Closer to what is truly yours.
Even if you can’t see it yet. Even if it doesn’t make sense right now. So maybe you don’t need to figure everything out today. Maybe you don’t need a perfect plan. Maybe you just need to stay.
To breathe. To allow this moment to be what it is, without trying to solve it immediately. Because getting lost… might be part of finding your way. And that’s not failure. That’s movement
