TODAY MIGHT BE A GOOD DAY TO BE KIND TO YOURSELF

Some days don’t need to be productive. But somehow… those are the days that feel the heaviest. You wake up with the feeling that you should be doing something. That you’re behind. That you’re not meeting your own expectations. You try to start. You think about everything you could do. And yet…
you end up doing nothing. And that’s when the guilt comes in.

A quiet but persistent voice saying:
“You’re wasting time.”
“You should be doing more.”
“You’re not doing enough.”

So instead of resting, you carry the weight of not doing. And instead of slowing down, you feel stuck. But what if this feeling…is not failure? What if it’s just your body asking for space?
For a pause you’ve been avoiding. Because we’re so used to pushing. To expecting more. To believing that our worth is tied to how much we produce. But it isn’t. 

Sometimes doing nothing…is exactly what you need. Not to escape. Not to avoid. But to come back to yourself. To breathe without pressure.
To exist without needing to prove anything.
